 Craig Swanson lives in Tiburon and practices real estate with Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty. In the last five years he has sold some of the finest homes in Marin. Included in the top 10 percent of local agents, Craig specializes in development consulting and representing clients in the purchase or sale of the modern and sophisticated home. He brings his passion for interior and landscape design to his work. His homes and his clients homes have been featured in publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, Metropolitan Home, ELLE Decor and Marin Magazines. Craig has lived in the Bay Area for more than twenty years. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a teaching credential in Elementary Education. Craig has taught second and third grades in three of San Francisco's inner city schools before leaving the profession for real estate. Having formerly been a teacher, Craig is very proud to lend his support to the children in Marin by making a donation from each home sold to support the area schools. Craig is also a contributor to Women's Initiative for Self Employment and has spearheaded "Art and Architecture", a fundraiser for a special needs child's adoption expenses.
